Bougie Boundaries For Mompreneurs

About this course

This workshop teaches entrepreneurs who struggle with codependency to explore updated ways to manage their boundaries. Clinicians are supported in exploring areas of their personal and professional life for possible signs of burnout due to people-pleasing in their businesses. Emphasis is placed on using self-assessments with careful attention to how their business life affects their personal life and over working in one area could damage the other.

Learning Objectives

  • Discuss how the pandemic impacted the psychotherapy field, in particular, clinician boundaries and burnout.
  • Describe at least 3 specific actions clinicians can take to conduct self-assessment and planning in order to advance personal strengths, address challenges, and develop as professionals.
  • Discuss and demonstrate how to use an “evidence-informed” approach to evaluating progress with implementing boundaries in business and personal affairs.
